Below is Wildwoods Rescue's Online Adoption Application form. Fill the application out completely and click send and your application will be sent directly to Wildwoods Rescue for review. Once your application is reviewed, if approved, a Wildwoods Rescue Representative will contact you for any additional questions and to schedule an appointment. NOTE: Wildwoods Rescue will NOT adopt an animal to any person under 21 years of age.

NOTE: "First come, first served" does not apply here. We are under no obligation to adopt a pet out to the first person who says he/she wants him/her. We have the right to ask questions and choose the person that we think will make the best new owner.
