Surrendering a Pet

We know how hard it is to surrender a pet, a companion, and a family member. But it can be necessary when it is in the best interest of your family and in the best interest of the animals well being. Wildwoods Rescue is devoted to helping you through this situation. We do our best to keep you updated on your previous pet's progress while at Wildwoods Rescue.

Below is the Application for Placement Assistance. If you need to surrender a pet, please take your time and fill out the application with as much information as possible. This information is used to help find a home that best suites the animal. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to Contact Us or fill in the comments sections of the application.
